yes, that's exactly the pickle here.
My friend told me that it's three years. After that, the investment was
supposedly returnable. However, if the investment did not yield any gain,
the money could be wasted.
Has anybody gotten a green card this way?
Also, is the lawyer in US better or the lawyer in China better in handling
this? There are lots of ads in China about this investment green card
nowadays.
