You must submit the requested information within 33 days from the date of
this letter.
Does it mean that you just have to send out the requested information with
postage date within 33 days from the date of RFE letter, or the date the
Response arriving at USCIS office should be within 33 days from the date of
RFE letter?
The lawyer in my company is kind of sloppy. She insisted to send out the
package by this Friday. If the postage of Friday is used, then my response
is 31 days from the date of RFE letter, but counting with 2 extra days of
weekend, if only the arriving date (Next Monday) is used, then my response
is 34 days from the date of RFE letter.
I already talked the importance of the response date to her, but she just
kind of ignore it.
Anyone please clearify the deadline date for me, please?
