律师建议不用PP，但又不太想等那么久。Background如下：
Top 50 US unveristy Ph.D. in Computer Science. 申请EB1B,公司律师。
1. 11 first-author conference paper + 3 first-author journal paper
2. 4 pending patents
3. 2 book chapters
4. Around 200 citations
5. Review for 3 journals and 5 conferences for around 20 papers
6. Three times of technique committee member for two conferences
7. 11 reference letters (3 independent), 2 from China, 1 from singapore,
2 from Hongkong, 1 from Canada, and rest from US.
8. No good reward or media report.
律师说有strong risk of denial,强烈建议走regular path。被他这么一说，
搞的都没信心了。如果尝试pp被据了，后面还可以添加材料走regular的么？

我大概跟板上的比了下，也没有觉得特别weak。但是不知道为什么律师用

CS的conference多paper也多，很多paper都是直接啪啪啪列一排citation，都不
具体展开来说，所以大部分都是被人列在citation里，文字中就出现了个[XX]:(

In previous discussion, PP may increase the possibility to get REF, but may
not affect the approval.
If you are stable on job, just wait. otherwise, pay for it.

PP吧，你的case比我的强多了，我前两天也纠结了一下要不要PP，最后还是决定PP了。
早有决定早好，否则夜长梦多。
不过要是对公司有信心，而且工作上不需要身份（比如SBIR）等等也无所谓。不过你的
背景应该是挺强的。

ft. 200 citations for CS is super strong.
most cs people only has <100
your case is enough for EB1A
company lawyers always say negative words
your PP approval w/o RFE prob >99%, if the lawyer prepares well.
if you get RFE, that's because the lawyer is too bad
