现在一家start up做research， 公司还可以， 网上列了很多有名的客户， 可以吹。
4篇会议，2篇journal，会议都还可以，接受率都在30%以下， 期刊一篇中等， 一篇挺
一般。
20次independent 引用, 包括几篇硕士博士论文， 一篇会议keynote speak (没有在
proceeding里但是ppt上写了引用了我的)
5个会议，一个期刊一共11个review
三无， 无奖，无membership， 无媒体报道
求评估与建议。

Do you have any patent? Technology Commercialization?
2.citation isn't enough, usually should be 50+, or 100+ for sure
3.Review it's not enough, try you best to get more ASAP, probably 30+
Base on you background, just submit 2 claims to prevent from RFE
Just do it, nothing is impossible. :)

more reviews to improve your case.
For publication and citation, the numbers seem low, but you can dig deep
into the shining points of your work, such as broadly cited around world (
international recognition is the MOST important for EB1b) and compare to
others in your field.

Since your company is a startup. It is equally important to provide evidence
that your company has influence to the field, has research record (
publication, patents etc), ability to pay your salary( your company's
financial statements etc). | x*********i

发帖数: 415 | 9 说句实话. 你应该算不弱的, "看起来"弱而已. 所以你一定要突出亮点, 让IO看到你的
长处.
建议claim: 1) authorship 和 2) contribution
围绕核心: totality "international recognition"
authorship的可能亮点:
1) 会议<30%的接受率, 应该是不错的会议:
* 关于好会议的描述: 提供资料
* 国际知名会议? 提供资料证明
* 会议在专业类排名? 提供资料证明
* 在接收的<30%里, 你是Top X%? 提供资料证明
...
循以上思路, 找资料和会议亮点. 每一个会议写一次, 注意组织要简洁清楚.
2) 2篇journal类似的亮点? 提供资料证明
3) 有人在综述(review, survey...)里, 比如你说的keynote, 引用和好评你工作了吗?
提供资料证明
4) 有引用文章好评你工作了吗? 提供资料证明
5) Citation Statistics, 比如资料(Joint Committee on Quantitative Assessment
of Research):

contribution的可能亮点:
1) 找引用你文章的作者写推荐信, 一定要具体说你的工作对他们工作的影响.
2) 5个会议，一个期刊一共11个review
* 关于好会议/期刊的描述: 提供资料
* 国际知名会议/期刊? 提供资料证明
* 会议/期刊在专业类排名? 提供资料证明
3) 引用作者的国家分布是international? 提供资料证明, 同时自己也做一个表总结.
4) 找找看你的工作别人有没有具体应用和专利? 提供资料证明
组织好了, 肯定能过.

Actually, your case is not weak:), paper, citation, media report (good for international outstanding)
I had 8 reviews, but I dont think it's enough, even I claimed review and got 140 approval too.

可能的例外是, 那两个被审的文章都极其卓著, 比如得炸药奖了话, 一个这样的review
估计可能就够.

insisted to claim review. I guess I was lucky.
Have seen several EB1b cases claimed 1-2 reviews and passed.
No one can guarantee how many reviews are sufficient. I meant it is worth
for LZ to try EB1b if he organize his materials well.

写的很烂，我怀疑是炸药奖得主都不知道自己的名字被写上了。

多牛.
不过你这个和我原来说的本意还是有点差别. 我是说那篇文章本身很卓越, 得炸药奖了.

140 approval is based on two aspects:
2 or 2+ qualified claims
Total qualification.
If you qualified 2 claims and total qualification, you wouldn't get RFE,
even you claimed 6.
Yes,you are right, the quantities are not guarantee to review, paper,
citation, but more is better, usually, each IO has his bottom line base on
the quantities and the quality.
Laoda555 mentioned a reasonable quantities for review paper, citation in his
post.
Same suggestions to PO,
Case doable, nothing is possible
dig deeply for new evidences
get more reviews
Just try you best to make your case stronger

老板让review的没算， 算上那些起码4，5十个。 可惜。。
