those with PP got REF are E-file or paper file?
those with PP got REF are EB-1a or EB-1b?
I was assuming that those with E-file 应当是NSC区域的申请人吧 |

I had it done. I will check the mistakes for the last time and package them
tonight. and send them out tomorrow morning if it goes as my plan.
I may modify it after I submit it for REF.
I have one more question to ask you.
Do you know when they start to count the 15 days? for instance, I got it
delivered on May 17th. will they start to count it from May 17th or may 18th
or later?
