using AP will not change your status.And USCIS have not clear that question
yet.
For 485 EAD it is quite sure, if you used it you will lose your former
status.

发帖数: 8496 | 5 better apply for c9 EAD now so it will be approved before you use AP to
return. J, F and B are three visa classes clearly will not be valid once you
leave US and reenter using AP. |
