l**e 发帖数: 4 | 1 I came US in July 1999 as F-1, and received green card 02/06/2008. I plan to
move back China for career and family reason now. If I move back China in
May or June this year, how will this impact my US citizenship application?
How could I maintain green card and also be eligible for citizenship 2 years
later? We are expecting our first baby in October this year. If I can get
my citizenship 2 years later, should my kid be qualified for green card
immediately? Could he come back US for school as CA residence anytime?
I have been working in an Multi-National Corporation US site for 9 years.
The new job is also in same company but located in China. I will be hired as
a local employee in China. I will get local pay check and pay local tax.
The job will allow me to travel back US 2-4 times each year, and it will be
around 1 week each time. My wife received green card same time as my spouse.
She moved back China in August 2010 and got Beijing Hu-Kou already. She
also received an “entry permit” for two years. She doesn’t have too much
interest to apply US citizenship. So our plan is that I will become US
citizenship, and she will keep Green card and Beijing Hu-Kou. I have a
townhouse in Bay area as main home starting from 2004. I plan to rent it out
if I move back China. I also have another rental property in another city
starting March 2010. I plan to keep it for rental. We don’t have any other
family members in US except friends. | g**********g 发帖数: 18118 | |
