The I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS was
transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office. You will be
notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something
from you.
这是意味着CURRENT 了吗？一般要等多久能有消息? |

发帖数: 17 | 4 I checked with my lawyer. He told me that it does not mean that my case is
current now. it only means that USCIS starts background checking so when the
case is current, they can process it quickly.
I don't know if it is right.
