PL涉及太多个人信息，删除这些个人信息后我觉得实在没什么借鉴意义。我是如何写PL
，在前贴也有讲过。现将我的PL中大家可能参考的部分贴上来（主要是开头和结尾几个
段落），至于中间部分，我觉得真的需要自己根据自己的研究项目好好写，多写，多改
，找不同的人帮看，提意见，别的没有什么好办法。
（二）review
这个比较容易攒，大家也很下功夫。但是我的原则是我不会找研究领域跟稿件差别大的
reviewer。而且我接的稿子非常少，希望大家理解。

RE: I-140 Immigrant Petition for Alien of Extraordinary Ability

Dear Immigration Officer,
I am respectfully submitting evidence supporting my petition for
classification as a qualified immigrant under the category of “Alien of
Extraordinary Ability”.
I received my doctoral degree in XXX from the University of XXX in 2008.
After graduation, I was invited to work in the Department of XXX at XXX
University. My research is centered on the development of XXX.
Several of my research efforts have been recognized as major public health
breakthroughs. For example, I recently identified and characterized a
hypervirulent genotype of XXX, a lethal fungus emerging in the United States
. I also conducted genetic studies of xxx and found that xxx, which have
caused several plagues in human history, originate from xxx. Thus, xxx are
potentially a greater threat to humans than previously appreciated. In
addition, I developed a strategy to drastically reduce the time needed to
accurately identify unique genetic properties of xxx. Instead of
approximately an entire year, it now just takes several weeks. This is a
critical advancement for xxx.
To summarize the contributions and influences of my work to the fields of
microbiology and infectious diseases, I have published 22 papers in top-tier
journals. I have also published 544 bacterial and fungal DNA sequences in
GenBank. These sequences are pathogen barcodes and are highly useful for
detection and fingerprinting during outbreaks and pandemics. Because of my
remarkable expertise in the fields of infectious diseases and microbiology,
I have been invited to serve as an academic editor or peer reviewer for over
100 research articles by 14 different scientific journals. In addition,
many of my studies have been widely reported by well-known media outlets
including xxx, xxx, CBS, xxx, xxx, xxx, xxx, and the xxx. I am considered to
be one of the few individuals who have risen to the very top of my field of
endeavor by reputable professors studying microbiology and infectious
diseases.
I have a deep passion for the microbiology and infectious diseases research
I am conducting. I will continue working in the areas of microbiology and
infectious diseases. I believe my permanent stay in the United States will
substantially benefit this country both now and in the future, especially
the public health sector.
My curriculum vitae, education documents, and visa documents are attached as
part of this petition. The evidence submitted in this petition letter will
prove the following:
(i). I am an alien of extraordinary ability on the basis of the following
facts:
(i.1). I have made original scientific contributions of major significance
to the fields of infectious diseases and microbiology [Exhibit I].
(i.1.1). Identification and fingerprinting of hypervirulent xxx isolates
from the United States.
(i.1.2). Rapid genome sequencing and analysis of xxx, a potential XXX agent.
(i.1.3). HumanXXX originate from XXX and transmit infectious diseases.
(i.1.4). Establishing an efficient fingerprinting system for XXX, the
causative agent of XXX.
(i.1.5). Pathogenesis of XXX disease.

(i.2). My research has been reported by major international and national
media outlets [Exhibit II].
(i.3). I have authored 22 papers in leading journals and 544 pathogen DNA

acclaims [Exhibits III-V].

(ii). I will continue work in the area of which I have extraordinary ability

reports, a remarkable publication record, and the judging of the work of
others in the fields of infectious diseases and microbiology. Moreover, I

substantial degree.
