美国phD，毕业后在美国top牛小薄厚，已经两年了。递EB1a的时候是薄厚一年半的事。
那时候文章7，第一作者的只有2，没有CNS文章，citation是逐年增加的（当时是80多吧）
claim publication, contribution, media都承认了
review没有claim，因为当时只有10左右吧，结果也承认了。
推荐信6封。
总的来说我毕业时间不长，文章数目有限，case算弱的。所以totality上不知道具体该怎么加强。现在citation和review
的数目都有增加，还有一片挂名的CNS文章投了很可能会发（当然无法在30天内发出来）。但既然claim的都已经承
认，我是不是就不该再纠缠这些了？记得以前看人说凡认可的表示感谢就好了，多说还多错。
除了再厚脸皮找人写推荐信吹自己top ％（不知道能不能找到人写这种信），也想不到其他了。非常希望得到大家的指

具体是这样说的：

determination. The record does not demonstrate that you have reached a level
of expertise indicating that
your are one of that small percentage who have risen to the top of your

evidence does not show that your achievements have gained you sustained
national or international acclaim
in your field.

You have not established that you are coming to the US to work as in the
field of endeavor, that will permit
you to apply expertise in this area. The record omits either copies of
contract(s), evidence of prearranged
commitments as contracts, or your own statement detailing plans on how you
intend to continue your work
in the US.

substantially benefit prospectively the

真是逐条分析啊，原来还想着rfe就多攒点证据。但是3条都承认的情况下怎么证明有足
够的merit？？？
我现在是在top牛小做薄厚的，实验室方向稍微有点变化但是大领域没变，不理解为什
么说我“idle”？？？而且这个
contract作为eb1a要求也太过了吧，要怎么在现有基础上证明coming to the US to
work as in the field of
endeavor, that will permit you to apply expertise in this area？？？
大家出出主意吧，之前DIY觉得已经把能弄的都弄上去了，实在是不知道还有什么能补

you have failed to satisfy the burden of proof. Given your failure to
satisfy any of the statutory

My guess is citaion problem, it might be your citaion is high a few years
ago but decreased dramatically recently, just my guess since you did not
provide any background information

Suggestion: read 20 PLs of other people and find out what's wrong with yours.

因为是DIY，之前也参考了许许多多的PL——可能我理解能力有限还是没弄明白自己的
。如果漏洞严重，为什么又要承认我的claim呢

和editor要推荐信的信是怎么写的？
因为原来没claim review，都是给教授写信，自我介绍贴个简历。向editor要应该不一
样吧，请问具体是怎么写的?只写我给你review过几篇文章，能不能给我写封推荐信吗？

insufficient and inadequate.(Totality can be included in or separated from
the Summary/Conclusion section.)
You need to include a seperate section for "I SEEK TO BE ADMITTED TO THE
UNITED STATES TO
CONTINUE MY WORK IN MY AREA OF EXTRAORDINARY ABILITY AND SUBSTANTIALLY
BENEFIT PROSPECTIVELY THE UNITED STATES." (two pages enough). This section
should cover some of the questions in the NOID notice.
