Your application is missing proof that you were lawfully admitted to the
United States as a nonimmigrant prior to fining for adjustment of status.
You must submit a copy of the form I-94, Nonimmigrant Arrival/Departure
Record, issued to you upon your last admission to the U.S. as a nonimmigrant
(not parolee) prior to fining your form I-485. Please copy both the front
and back of the Form I-94. If your form I-94 is not available, you must
explain what became of it and submit a copy of all pages from your passports
, including the biographic information pages and nay stamps or endorsements
by immigration officials establishing your admission(s) or parole(s) into
the U.S.
In my original application, I have submitted a copy of all my I-94 cards. I
also mentioned that my last entry to the US was from Canada and no I-94 was
issued as I drove to Canada and drove back to the US on the same day. Now I
am totally confused.
Since I came to the US, I was issued two I-94 cards:
F1(2002) (first came as a student)
Parolee(2007)(using advance parole)
From this RFE, what does the USCIS wants? Anyone, please help me out. Thank
you!!! | i***0 发帖数: 8469 | | m*******n 发帖数: 1214 | 3 i don't think it is the problem of your i94, like i said before
if within 30 days, you do not need to
submit your i94

94_instructions/arrival_departure_record.xml
but when and how did you use your AP? only tell us the your come in and out
of the country details will help us analyze
And i think it is also not a bad ideal to hire a good specialty lawyer to
ask for professional advice | m*******n 发帖数: 1214 | 4 so did you go in and out of canada using AP? if you are using AP that time,
usually you have to go inside the office where immigration officer asked you
about when did I file your AOS application. And officer stamped the AP and
issued new I-94 card and attached in your passport.
you have to give us detail information, when and how you go in and out of
country? and under what visa status to enter the us? | m***c 发帖数: 637 | 5 你的485也太快了。share一下time line吧? | c**2 发帖数: 8496 | 6 Since I came to the US, I was issued two I-94 cards:

Parolee(2007)(using advance parole)
so you need to show both I-94. Especially the first one because The first I
-94 in 2002 is the last VISA entry, and is the only I-94 prior to filing I-485. The 2007 I-94 is the AP entry after you submitted your I-485. You should also have AP I-94 from your last entry from Canada, unless you used H/L/K/V I-94 visa revalidation. | C*Y 发帖数: 679 | 7 i94卡不是都要收回去吗
怎么还有copy呢。。。
土问啊。。。
I
-485. The 2007 I-94 is the AP entry after you submitted your I-485. You
should also have AP I-94 from your last entry from Canada, unless you used H
/L/K/V I-94 visa revalidati
【在 c**2 的大作中提到】 : Since I came to the US, I was issued two I-94 cards: : F1(2002) (first came as a student) : Parolee(2007)(using advance parole) : so you need to show both I-94. Especially the first one because The first I : -94 in 2002 is the last VISA entry, and is the only I-94 prior to filing I-485. The 2007 I-94 is the AP entry after you submitted your I-485. | c**2 发帖数: 8496 | 8 if you want to apply for GC, of course you need to keep this record. If you
just want to study short time in US, or have a B2 visa trip for a few
months and then return to China for 1 year+. Then you don't really need to
keep any copy of US documents. | G****1 发帖数: 34 | 9 白人路师太黑了, $1500 for this. |
