昨天下午连着收到了3次短信 case status update了，网上状态第一次是 card
production，然后变成了decision。
Timeline 如下：
EB1A I-140 filed 06/15/2010, still pending as of today
EB1B I-140 filed with PP 08/15/2010
EB1B I-140 RFE received 08/25/2010
EB1B I-485 filed 08/19/2010
EB1B I-140 approved after RFE 09/23/2010
EB1B I-485 FP notice 11/30/2010
EB1B EAD and AP approved 12/02/2010
EB1B FP taken 12/20/2010
EB1B I485 approved 01/24/2011
个人简要背景：
US Engineering Ph.D in 2008 from one of top 3 universities in my major;
right now working as ** scientist in a small high tech start up company.
- 19 English journal publications (8 first author);
- 4 Chinese journal publications (2 first author);
- 13 conference proceedings; 1 book chapter;
- independent citation 180+;
- 18+ journal reviews for 7 different journals;
- 1 society international award but did not claim, just add as an evidence.
- 6 recommendation letters (4 independent): 2 US, 1 Germany, 1 Swiss, 1
Korea, 1 current US boss;
RFE is all about employer's ability to pay and 3 years research experience
evidence, nothing to do with the claim on my personal credentials.
从移民坂上学习了很多经验，EB1A case是我自己找了板上律师做的，虽然还没有结果
，但是觉得板上律师比公司的美国律师好太多了。回答问题非常专业，feedback很快，
做事情很professional也很有效率。虽然我自己多花了不少钱，但是如果只依赖公司找
的那个美国律师我觉得 case过不过都成大问题。
实在是没有什么包子可以发，但是如果大家有问题我很愿意回答。

still on Initial Review. The other 8-10 cases with same PD have got results.
Are you guys prepared for waiting for that long? |

which the PD is still there |
