发帖数: 266 | 1 美国公民想把在中国未婚妻尽快接到美国来，现在看来好像有几种可行的方法，想请教
一下各自的利弊：
（两人想尽快在美国团聚（主要目的），但如果对方来美后能很快工作或学习那当然更
好）
几种可行的方法：
1. 办未婚妻签证（K-1)，但听说要等6~10个月才能团聚。
２.美国公民回国在国内结婚，再用K-3把配偶接出来。（时间上好像同１差不多？）
3. 让未婚妻以B1/2 签证赴美，在美国结婚，然后留在美国转身份。（听说移民局很不
喜欢这类情况： 因为你撒谎用B类签证有计划的到美国来结婚？）
由于１和２的时间好像差不多，之间比较倾向于２（对方父母想在国内结婚半点仪式）
而且K3好像一着陆就能工作，不像K-1还要在这边结婚后才能再申请临时绿卡。 但是K
签证几个月的等待时间对新婚的人实在太难熬了，现在再认真考虑3。
想问一下：
－ 用B类签证到美国来结婚的负面影响有多大？如果是单位出面（国际公司）帮助申
请来美的商务签证是不是对公司会有影响？
－ 在申请K类签证的等待时间中是不是能让对方以其他签证（B类）赴美？

for 2, you would rather do CR-1 immigrant visa directly. K-3 is for those
go through CR-1 but I-130 got delayed or under administrative review. So

Any suggestions on minimizing the negative impacts for using B1/2 visa
entering the US then get married to citizens? Such as: How long should
you wait on B visa until you two get married? (make immigration officer
think the two person spend some proper time together to get to know each
other.) Also, I assume it is never smart to admit to the immigration
officers (at any stage) that you already known the person in advanced and
kind of intend coming to US to get married on B Visa?
(Would they understand you just want the fastest reunion doing things this
way or that's a huge no-no for them? )
Just trying to learn and avoid making mistakes here. |
