I submitted EB-1A in Aug. 2010.
My lawyer filed PP for me on 01/31, but it seems the mail is lost because no
LUD and check is also not cashed. So I plan to file again by myself.
Several queations on I-907, hope someone can help me out.
1. In part 1, You (the person submitting this request):
Should I check the 3rd item: Are the applicant who is filing or has filed an
application eligible for Premium Processing?
2. In part 2, block 3, should I fill 'EB1-A'?
3. In part 2, block 4 and 5, should I just fill my name but not includes my
wife's name?
