我的理解这一项是meida report吧？我怎么觉得不能用citatio claim media report呢？
律师说她办过几个EB1的case，所以不知道是我的理解错了，还是她错了?如果是她错了

Are there some special reviews focused on your published findings? If so,
absolutely claim it. This is a much better criterion than what most people
here talk about all the time: contribution/authorship/judging; they are good, but media
report is much better. |

其他几篇论文，不单单是关于他一个人的work的。所以我很犹豫能不能claim media
report.

How much do they talk about your husband's papers? If only earmarks or a
few sentences, maybe not. But if they are detailed discussions, eg. a few
paragraphs about his results, I'd say yes. |

篇他人的综述， 其中一篇综述列了32条文献， 有俺老大6篇， 可以说其论文的论点论
据基本上来源于俺老大的工作， 但并无把握这一项过了。

EB1B的媒体报道要求比EB1A的要低，关于你的工作的就可以。

3) Published Material about the Person: To satisfy this criterion, the
published material should be at the national or international level.
Articles in local newspapers or internal company reports do not qualify.
Moreover, standard academic citations do not count as published material
about the alien beneficiary.
