rate should be higher than the ratio here "approval/totalRFE".

其实大家可以乐观一点。两个月版上报告17例，如果占被RFE和NOID总数的三分之一（
不知道猜得对不对，我觉得如果接到RFE或NOID，至少有三分之一会到版上来征求一下
建议吧！），那么两个月差不多50例。而每年中国人EB1通过数量近4000（好像在一个
帖子里看到的，具体数据不记得了），那么两个月至少通过600。也就是说EB1通过率大
于90%。不知道猜得对不对。 |
