one item says "original and copy of each supporting documents that you
submitted with your application".
Does that mean I have to bring a duplicate copy of everything I mailed
together with my I-485? But I don't remember exactly what documents I
mailed, and whether I mailed the original or copied version.

see, and another set of copy of the originals in case officer wants to keep
it because submitted ones mis-filed or something.
be considerate bringing docs and making copies. make it convenient for the
officer (reviewing and collecting your docs) is to be better chance approved
