After providing some citations in response to Noid, three criteria met but
total merits failed.
Conclusion, 0001 is a subjective killer.
Not sure we will go to appeal or refile after a few months.
Really feel bad now, spend lots of time and money there Is a green card
really worthy of it?

还是用了其他的搜索引擎一起算起来的呢。原来IO也会用Google scholar。。。

I think the key problem is the criterion of publication and contribution was
not met. So at least should focus on one of them using all your strength
and plus the review.
The low citation is really a killing point if you don't argue it right.

Since I have low citation, I just list the author title, country in a table,
which might not be professional. I also attached all the citation materials
which cited my paper.
You 'd better check others post. Also this is just from 0001 officer. Others
might be different.

了一段话来介绍本领域如何投入不足，特别是相对于类似的领域如何没钱，没钱就没
researcher，就没杂志没引用，就需要国际人士，这样搞一下也许有帮助
这个io感觉确实变态，再投一次吧。
