. So could anyone know if I still have time to file a eb1b ? I am new here
and want to ask:
if i file 140+pp+485 together, as I understand, 140+its Rfe will be
processed faster, but how fast will 485 be processed ? any estimate average
timing and worst case timing for 485 ? I don't want to lose the case because
of job change.
Do you have any suggestion on the timing/planning on the preparation of this
case ?

year, probably longer depending on your company, your lawyer, and your case

发帖数: 577 | 4 Eb1B will be OK to switch job (Have to be the same jobs, and have to get
supporting documents from new employer) after I-485 has been filed for 6
months. If you got the green card, you can leave your job anytime without
any time limitation. |
