1。 得过一个AIChE (American Institute of Chemical Engineers) environmental
division graduate student paper
award, 要claim award吗？
(i have an AIChE newsletter showing there were only three receivers but
there is no detailed introduction about
me except having my name and university name listed. Also, I heard claiming
award can get RFE easily)
2. 没有review过别人的paper, 需要现在尝试吗？打算一两个月内递上去，如果只有一
两次review, 值得claim吗？

No, you cannot.

Only one or two reviews make no difference.
