我是cross chargeability的例子（就是spouse非大陆生NIW不排期）。之前看到板上也
有人报喜，不过这样的case不是很多。
具体情况这样：
NIW批之前和之后交了485到lockbox，都被拒，列的理由先是没有A#，再是排期没到（
但是Cross chargeability的不用有A#，也不用排期的）。然后律师去问，解释说
lockbox现在不会处理：
