moving
so fast ahead, maybe they are getting faster in approving these kind of
cases.

我认为这一句说即使没有批也是可以递交的。
并且485是按照递交的先后时间批，与PD无关，所以我打算递交485了。

是收到申请那个，没有approved的附
上pending的130就可以了，485里的那段意思是有就附上，没说一定要吧！请专业人士
给点意见。

答都各不相同。有的说会帮我们update，有的说他们看到的层面，和我们看到的一样，
所以不能做任何事情。现在我们也是在犹豫，要不要提交485，我们比较急用，楼主最
