efile 的经验，所以自己在140 efile 的网页上倒腾了一下，想把可能存在的问题弄清
楚。
发现对我来说问题基本上在于是不是一定要HR亲手填efile的网站。
1.在第一步filing status, 可以选" I am filing the form for myself or to
assistant someone"然后以本人的名义填吗？这一项不是给attorney的。(见附件1）
紧跟的问题" are you authorized for Certrailized filing?"是选 no 咯？
2. 到最后Certify的那步，Certification那里必须填HR的信息吧，那下面for the
people helped prepare the petition, 可以填本人吗？担心的是instruction说了
this pepition should be filed on behalf of the alien, not by the alien.还是

之前填的那份已经提交，会有影响吗？

请问楼主在网上注册帐号时， 所有信息（地址， 生日， 名字）该填自己的还是HR
代表的，
似乎按照理解该填后者的。 这样的话， 确认信 将会寄到后者的邮箱？？
你怎么处理140表签名的问题的了？

发帖数: 3862 | 6 HR办H1B之前先要办一个prevailing wage的东东，上面就有一个SOC code,但跟职位名
称不大一致，比较宽泛，可能是跟工资有关。
而我看了我们同事的140表,他的律师是按照职位名称来选择SOC code的，所以我觉得只
要给职位名称差不多，关系不大。

发帖数: 3862 | 7 看过别人efile的表，在网上生成140后，签名的地方自动写着，"certified and
signed on internet".而且生成之后，也就是按了“I agree"之后就不能再改了， 所
以这个还是要提前跟HR商量好。
我的理解是，注册帐号，都可以用自己的信息，毕竟你用别人的信息注册帐号有违法之
嫌。然后选择”i asistant some one to fill out the form"，但最后certify那步，
肯定还是要填HR的名字和联系方式。我想如果一定要efile的话，最好先把paper的140
form填好，让HR签好字，这样已经证实他确认这些信息，然后上网填表，告诉他你用
efile的方式把那些信息发给USCIS,产生表格也会自动给他发一份。我想这样流程上应
该没有法律的问题了。
确认信应该当场就可以生成保存起来吧，我想应该是，当然还请做过的人确认一下。
目前看到关于EB!B efile DIY的帖子很少，我也只是希望提供更多信息跟大家参考。有
同行的，大家讨论讨论。
想来想去，eb1b efile 很烦，也就是为了efile 到TSC去。大不了paper

我想关于efile的一些具体情况、问题可能比较有用。
比如说，1。有error message说有些项没有填，其实再按一次“continue" 可以跳过，
那只是提醒作用。
2. pdf 要付钱之后才能生成，没有proof step(?), 不能修改。(这个其实可
以complain 一下）
3. 签名的地方会自动变成”certified and signed on internet",这个对
sefl petition 没什么影响，但eb1b要谨慎。
4。 还有确认页和完整申请表可以马上保存吗？会寄给beneficiary和
petitioner以及attorney所有的email address吗？
5. Type of business 是指corporation/private？ 我看别的律师填
corporation. 还有什么别的可能？
6. 还有什么大家注意到的？我还没法进行到最后一步。

the form, so part 1 only fill out company info and her contact info,part 8
filled out the boss' info and part 9 used HR's info.
My just got approved, so doesn't seem to be a problem. |

发帖数: 187 | 12 LCA information should not be needed. 140 can be for EB1, EB2 and EB3. So I
think the LCA information should be for PERM based 140 applications. |
