容易被IO抓小辫子。纯粹的download time没有任何意义。
找找有没有下载量top 10 or 20的文章。

第一，contribution，一般没问题，但是你有没有什么专利啊，别人问你要PAPER,或者
合作的EMAIL啊,推荐信的人有多牛啊？不然不好过
第二，authorship，杂志有多牛你也没说，引用太少了，这个是硬伤
第三，审稿太少
需要在多挖掘下材料，再多努力一把。
