护照、I-20这些证明都不要了么？

If you are a lawful permanent resident alien, complete the following:
Date and place of admission for or adjustment to lawful permanent residence
and class of admission.
class of admission该填什么？如果申请人是通过工作签证获得的绿卡，那应该写啥？

生日之类的，没说是什么class of admission
