I-140 for NIW filed, check cashed.
How can I check my status? I didn't do e-file, I have no case id.
I am going to file i-140 for EB1A, should I indicate that
I have filed for NIW already on my new 140?
Thanks |

to find the case number.
You should write down the status of any of your submitted 140 in your new
application. Good luck

How about Alien #? When will I be assigned one?
What's good about e-filing? For EB1a, do I have to use efiling?

E-filing is the same as paper filing. But you have a chance of submitting
your case to TSC (might be more friendly) by using efiling (even though your
location belongs to NSC).
