But that receipt wont come until 2-3 weeks later. If someone submits pp+140
at the same time, what's the best way to get the case number? On the back of
the check?

发帖数: 39 | 9 你application寄出去后，移民局就会寄给你 I-797 (notice of action),这notice上
面有你的receipt/case 号码，这样你才可以上网查，要不就查不了。 不过还是可以打
电话，记得800电话有个option是if you don't have a receipt no, press XXX。不过
建议耐心等几个星期，收到notice了，就会有receipt no了~ |
