Both my husband and I submitted 485 application about three months ago, we
would like to know whether our name check and finger print have been cleared.

I140 has been approved on 3/17/2010 based on Eb1B
name: ######
I485 receipt number: ############
My husband:

具体是什么我就不知道了，网上好
像说如果一年内入境的要去大使馆调资料，不过我最近1年也没有出过美国，所以不知
道这个接线员这么说就是很generic
的说法还是有针对性的。

were cleared. But still no approval :-(.
