发帖数: 142 | 1 I filed 140 and 485 concurrently on April 15. EB1-A to TSC. Because I efiled
140, I submit all 140 supporting documents and form 485 and its supporting
documents in one package to TSC. Today all of materials are returned. On
I797C form, it says PD is not current. I want to figure out if there is
something wrong that make IO misunderstood. I use two check lists, one for
140 and one for 485. 那位大侠还有其他的建议吗？

看来现在门房不仅退485了,见到485连140也退了
你现在应该关心支票有没有被对
材料都回来了,抓紧再递吧, 这事情没地方说理
