发帖数: 136 | 1 请问最近延期过EAD的朋友， 基于pending 485 EAD延期需要交哪些材料， 我根据
USCIS的网上说明准备了：
1. original form 765, with two photos attached,
2. copy of last EAD
3. 485 receipt
4. the detachable top portion of the mailer I received with my last EAD card.
Are the above documents enough for EAD renewal? Do I need any other
documents?

发帖数: 60 | 4 I am trying to renew EAD, too. From the I-765 form instruction, I don't
think #4 is needed.

发帖数: 136 | 5 After reading the I-765 instruction, my understanding is that there is no
renewal fee for EAD if you filed your I-485 under the fee structure
implemented on July 30, 2007. So if you paid $1010 for filing I485, no fee
required for renewing EAD.
