本人postdoc性质工作，合同两年，选NO吧？
wenxuecity pjiang上说permanent position是移民前提，
暗示一律选Yes。咋办？

如果你现在在美国，并准备在这里递交485的话，Adjustment of status选 yes.
如果你想到广州使馆签移民签证的话，‘apply for visa'选 yes.

If you file NIW and EB1A, I think you just keep black is okay.
But for NIW and EB1A, you should file Part 5, section 3. |
