Fax to NSC
5/10: (TSC) received automatic reply email, which asks for more information.
I sent another email to TSC.
5/11: (TSC) I received two replies from two different officers for my two

transferred to NCS from TSC. Still waiting....

nowhere, because anyone could send something to USCIS and USCIS will not
and should not response to such requests -- they only take care of
applications with USCIS forms or response to RFE...
Re-link (if only talking about put all your files under the same A# fold) is
automatically, but to ask them transfer your priority date you have to
contact them by phone or email until the case is sent to an IO for review...
