金融工程、管理工程算不算工程专业呢？
这法案要通过，社科人文的博士们还得辅修个统计之类专业的硕士，绕个弯子拿绿卡。
不过如果这样把国别限额解决了，非理科的拿绿卡也间接受益。
光提案没用，要通过，估计还得等美国经济好起来劳力短缺的问题突出了才行。 |
