limited citation. I got 6 or 7 papers at that time, around 15 citations.
Interestingly, my labmate who DIYed & efiled with the similar background got
approved without RFE at TSC. So I wasted about 5K and felt very depressed
for almost 2 years.
Decide to DIY because those lawyers really could NOT do too much for you.

(1) NSC IOs is much tougher than those in TSC, some IOs especially;
(2) lawyers could make very bad preparation |

, 100+ citations, 20+ reviews, filing to TSC and NSC might not matter much.
But for a person with 10+ paper, 30+ citations, 20+ reviews, judged by TSC
or NSC can be dramatically different.

(1) re-organize your case
(2) find/create some subjective shining points of yourself
(3) Most importantly, try again!
The GC process is kind of painful for us, but all of you will get it. Good
