2008 and EB1-A 485 Last May, they are all out of processing time and still
pending, I called CIS several times, always said take another 6 months for
further review. So, my lawyer preapared AILA for me, not sure will this help
to process 485 faster/

current economy situation, layoff may be inevitable. As Eb1b is job based,
when the GC has not arrived and the job position has been canceled, ........
