Originally submit I-140 NIW to TSC in July 2007 and got approved.
PhD in top public university
First author paper: 8 plus over 10 conference presentations
Review: 15 for top journals
citation: ~50
Job function: R&D in a medium company plus a adjunct professor in a
university
Awards: no but one national award in China 12 years ago
