Is it like NIW that needs a lof of room for the national interest? Or a
short introduction about the size, direction and the number of researcher is
enough?
Basically I am considering the posibility of DIY, so want to make it clear.

Eb1A requirements.

position as permanent, company needs to have reasonable size and need to
meet minimum number of relevent employee requirement. petition letter is

发帖数: 8271 | 6 EB1B, you have to have a permanent job offer. EB1a, you just need to show
the intention to work.
EB1b petition is filed by the HR of the employer for the alien.
EB1a petition is filed by the alien.
I think you can stress both past and present achievement, just not future one.
