There are 2 different type of non-profit organization status.
1. State level - no tax exempt;
2. Federal level - under 501(c), is a tax-exempt under IRS tax code;
we are the first one and applying the second one too. But it is difficult to
get approved for the second one. | B******1
发帖数: 9094 | 3 I believe donations to 501(c)3 organizations are tax exempt. But donations to 501(c)4 organizations are not.
