2009年1月申请的Eb1b 140+485，2月份已经批准，而且PD被relink到NIW 140的日期。
我又基于批准的485为在国内的LD申请824/consular processing,824的checklist里面
要求出具当初递交的485 form，给了。
等了一个月今天收到拒信，两个rejection，说我PD不current，所以485被拒，于是824
也被拒。
这是遇到什么糊涂鬼了啊，气死我了。接下来怎么办呢？我的绿卡难不成算废啦？ |

什么情况下允许去infopass？我这个case属于是起诉吧？我重新准备了材料，明天就重
新递交，infopass不会影响我的新申请吧？

可以了。应该没问题的。

我今早又重新递交了，写了个很详细的cover letter。希望这次遇到个明白人。
还是难以平息一肚子怒气，有地方投诉吗？

LETTER写清楚，再附上批了的140就应该OK了，然后像老大建议的HIGHLIGHT是EB1。

啥时候聘用IO标准和NIW一样了，问题就解决了
