I am thinking to use EXpress mail to mail my package to Lawyer. But, the
package is about 4'' high. it seems it doesn't fit express evonlope. Do I need
prepare the mail box myself? I don't know if USPS has the big box for express
mail.
Also, I am wondering if it has different price (discount) for printed paper
by express mail. I know the standard
