the future, you definitely will divorce with her (or him), otherwise your h*

guys get green card in a few
months. So even if you do your application all over again, it just takes a
few months.

发帖数: 8211 | 11 No even if you married US citizen, your EB2 485 would still need to wait the
same amount of time to get approved, because EB2 485 has nothing to do with
your spouse.
One exception is that, if you married someone else with EB2 not retrogressed
, you can use his/her PD for 485. But since your spouse is US citizen, your
spouse can NOT apply for 485, so this does not apply to you.
You should simply withdraw your 140/485, refile a 130 based on marriage,
then file 485 based on the 130.

u go ahead filing 130 and u r done within a few months, who the hell
still cares about EB stuff any more after u married a citizen?
withdraw ur case and get out of the way for other ppl who get stuck,
this is what im talking about. have some sympathy on ur countryman!
