fee of $395, which is the old filing fee of I485. Now, want to apply for AP
. However, found following sentence in I-131 form instruction.
If you filed Form I-485 on or after July 30, 2007, and you paid the I-485
application fee required, then no fee is required to file a request for
Advanced Parole or for a Refugee Travel Document on Form I-131.
Don't know if I still need to pay I131 filing fee? Based on the above

发帖数: 2844 | 3 is your 485 receipt shows you paid 475, you may need to pay the 131 fee
you will need to submit your 485 receipt.
