(1) B-2 applicant married to USC would be denied admission? Answer: It
depends if person is working illegally in the U.S. and really residing in
the U.S. If someone has equity, then the CBP will allow them to withdraw the
application for admission. If you have a good job back home and you are
just coming to visit, then CBP will admit you.
(2) Will admit person if visa will expire tomorrow? Answer: Yes, and the CBP
