10-03-2007: USCIS called our lawyer for expedited FP and RFE for TB test in
medical exam. So I went to FP on 10-04 and did TB on 10-05. USCIS officers
told my lawyer that they could process our case with the fax of the TB test
results. (we didn't hire any lawyer in the lawsuit, the lawyer is our
