from me:
1. Entire copies of all passports for applicants
2. Biographic Information Form and Form I 485 for applicants (just fill the
forms attorney sent you)
3. Copies of both sides of I – 94 card for applicants.
4. Long Form Birth Certificate for applicants
5. If married,Copy of marriage certificate, (if divoced, need related
documents too)
6. Six immigration-style color photographs of applicants
