Visa Backlog Update
March 1, 2007 - The Department of State (DOS) has advised that it
anticipates increased demand for immigrant visas in the employment-based
second (EB2) and third (EB3) categories over the next few months based on
its own data as well as numbers provided by DOL (Department of Labor) and
USCIS (US Citizenship and Immigration Services). DOS also
