My OPT application was denied. I don't know the reason because I haven't got
the notice yet. I know it through Infopass.
I think the reason why USCIS reject my OPT application because my school
PDSO put the wrong program ending date on my new I-20. That causes I filed
the application after the program ending date. Can I appeal my case? or ask
my school to change the date for me?
