Currently there is EB retrogression for many Mainland born Greencard
applicants, since there is huge amount of Labor Certificate cases came out
of BEC centers, the retrogression is only get worse in the coming years.
Although for EB2 based cases, the I485 cutoff date is April 2005 right now,
but it has not moved for almost 4 months. EB3's situation is much worse.
