I just called uscis this friday. The representative told me my FBI name check
was completed and my case is in processing area now. I am not happy about this
since I am not able to face and fight against USCIS and FBI in court
directly. I wish I had sued them earlier.
During my first year in USA, I was visited five times by three different FBI
representatives.
