这么写的：
Recently, you submitted an application for immigrantion benefits. That form
was submitted with an extra remittance that is not required to process your
application. If you submitted a G-1450 it has been destroyed and will not be
returned to you. Otherwise, your payment is being returned to you with this
notice. No additional action by you is required at this time.
我的排期根据第一排期还没到，但是根据第二排期是可以提交485的。这是不是说这个
时候我只能提交485，不能提交765，只有当我的PD到了我才能提交765？ | R****u
